Probiotics: from foods for foods

Our team has developed a pipeline to isolate and characterize probiotic strains, analyze the best candidates using a set of in vitro and in silico assays and applications and proceed to in vivo preclinical and clinical studies, and at the same time optimize the production process at a pilot scale.
On 1 March 2023, we are organizing at 17:00 EET an online 2,5-hour session to present the structure of this pipeline and its application through our recent findings on new probiotic strains isolated from various sources and their in vitro and in vivo properties using animal models.
