iFUNFoods project was presented at the virtual conference “Fermentation 2021”, held on November 7-9, 2021, receiving remarkable feedback, especially for the results on the bacteria strains isolated from fermented table olives.

Our team participated in the IPC2022 conference held on 27-30 June 2022 in Bratislava with an oral presentation entitled "Novel Functional Food Ingredients based on Immobilised Lactiplantibacillus pentosus cells" by Paraskevi Somalou (co-authors Vasiliki Yokari, Panagiotis (Takis) Panas and Ioannis Kourkoutas).

Many congratulations to the whole team for this great collaborative work and special thanks to Ms. Paraskevi Somalou for representing the iFUNFoods project at IPC2022 this year.
