Presentation of the iFUNFoods project at the “Fermentation Congress 2021”
iFUNFoods project was presented at the virtual conference “Fermentation 2021”, held on November 7-9, 2021, receiving remarkable feedback, especially for the results on the bacteria strains isolated from fermented table olives.
